Fri May 8, 2009 Consolidated Abaddon Extents Share Purchase Warrants
Vancouver, BC - Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ABN) (FWB: E2L) announces that it has received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance to extend 2,500,000 share purchase warrants issued by the Company on May 9, 2007. The warrants, which were exercisable at a price of $0.27 per common share until April 11, 2009, will be extended until April 11, 2012, subject to forced exercise provisions noted below.
As required by TSX Venture Exchange policy, the terms of the warrants will be amended to shorten the exercise period if the closing price for the Company's shares is 34 cents or greater for a period of 10 consecutive trading days. The warrant holders will then have 30 days to exercise their warrants; otherwise, the warrants will expire on the 31st day.
These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 2.5 million shares with 2.5 million share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 5, 2007, and April 10, 2007.
