Vancouver, BC - Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. (TSX-V: ABN) (FWB: E2L) announces that a non-brokered private placement announced September 4th has been increased from 3,500,000 units to up to 5,500,000 units at an offering price of $0.20 per unit. Each unit will consist of one share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.27 for a period of one year. A 7.5% finder's fee in units may be paid in connection with this private placement offering.
The Company intends to utilize the proceeds from the private placement for general working capital purposes.
Consolidated Abaddon Resources Inc. is a Canadian uranium exploration company actively involved with the development of uranium properties in the ATHABASCA BASIN of northern Saskatchewan, SIMS BASIN of western Labrador, and the ALGOMA DISTRICT of northwestern Ontario.
