  | | | | Ronald Netolitzky, M.Sc. Geology Position: Director, Chairman
Ron Netolitzky serves as Chairman and a Director of the Company. Mr. Netolitzky holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alberta and a M.Sc. degree from the University of Calgary, both in geological sciences.
He has extensive exploration and mine development experience, and is an officer and director of a number of public mining companies currently involved in mineral exploration throughout the world. He was previously Chairman and President of Viceroy Exploration Ltd., which achieved exploration success with its Gualcaymayo gold project in Argentina resulting in the sale of the company to Yamana Gold in 2006. Mr. Netolitzky was also Chairman of Brett Resources Inc., which was acquired by Osisko Mining Corp. in the Spring of 2010.
Mr. Netolitzky has been directly involved in the mineral exploration industry in Western Canada since 1964. His knowledge of mineral exploration and aggressive business acumen resulted in exploration success on three Western Canadian gold and silver projects (all of which became producing mines): the Eskay Creek and Snip deposits in British Columbia and the Brewery Creek deposit in the Yukon. He was honoured with the Bill Dennis Prospector of the Year Award in 1990 by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada.

Jim Pettit has been President and a Director of Aben Resources Ltd. since November 2002. Mr. Pettit is currently serving as a Director on the Boards of 7 junior resource companies and offers 15 years experience within the industry specializing in finance, corporate governance, management, and compliance.
He specializes in the early stage development of private, as well as public companies. His background over the past 15 years has been focused primarily within the resource sector where he has managed and directed junior mining companies through good times and bad.

| | | Timothy Termuende, P. Geo. Position: Director, Qualified Person
Tim Termuende serves as a Director of the Company and is a professional geologist with over 30 years experience in the mineral exploration industry and is a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. He is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: EPL) and Copper Canyon Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: CPY) in addition to serving as Director of a number of other Public Companies.
Since earning his degree in Geological Sciences at the University of British Columbia in 1987, Mr. Termuende has worked on exploration projects throughout North, Central, and South America, and has inspected mineral deposits in the former Soviet Union. He has been continuously active in mineral exploration throughout western Canada since 1976, and currently oversees a broad range of ongoing exploration projects located throughout British Columbia, Saskatchewan, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

Amanda Chow serves as an independent Director of Aben Resources Ltd. Ms. Chow is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a graduate of Simon Fraser University where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She began working with public companies in 1999.

Don Huston serves as a Director of the Company and has been associated with the mineral exploration industry for over 25 years. Mr. Huston has extensive experience as a financier and in-field manager of numerous mineral exploration projects in North America. He was born and raised in Red Lake, Ontario and spent 15 years as a geophysical contractor with C.D. Huston & Sons Ltd. as mineral exploration consultants in northern Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. Mr. Huston serves as a Director of 5 Canadian public resource companies.

Nancy Ackerfeldt has over twenty years of experience in public company administration and compliance, working primarily with junior public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. From August 1995 to date, Ms. Ackerfeldt has been employed with 98 Corporate Group Resources Ltd., a private management and administrative services company which provides office space, accounting, legal, secretarial and support services to public companies.

Mr. Myers background includes holding the position of Director and Officer of several junior public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.

| | | Carl Schulze, B.Sc., P. Geo. Position: Qualified Person - Justin Gold Project
Carl Schulze has been active as a geologist involved in all aspects of mineral exploration for the past 27 years. A graduate of Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Carl has extensive exploration experience and project management throughout the Yukon, northern Ontario, British Columbia, Alaska, and southern Alberta. Carl was active in the Sprogge-Justin area of south-eastern Yukon in the late 1990s and was responsible for the discovery of numerous gold-bearing showings in the area including the Kangas Zone.
Carl was the Resident Geologist for the Government of Nunavut for two years gaining expertise working within Canada's aboriginal communities. He gained his Professional Geoscience status in 2000 and has acted as the Qualified Person for a large variety of projects. In 2003 Carl formed All-Terrane Mineral Exploration Services, a Whitehorse-based consulting and contract exploration firm. He has also been a Director of the Yukon Chamber of Mines since late 2003, and was its President from 2007 to 2010.

| | | Aaron Higgs, B.Sc. Position: Project Manager - Selwyn Recce Project
Aaron Higgs is a project geologist with extensive experience in grassroots exploration having worked on a number of projects across BC, Yukon and NWT. Since earning a bachelor degree in Geology from UBC in 2005 he has worked on a number of projects exploring for a range of commodities including Au, Ag, Cu, Mo, Pb and Zn. He has spent three years as a project geologist on district scale grassroots exploration programs in the Mackenzie Mountains in the Northwest Territories with the focus on SEDEX and MVT base metal systems. Aaron has also spent two years as project geologist and manager on broad based exploration programs in the Yukon focusing on gold systems. Aaron currently resides in Kimberley, BC and has worked with TerraLogic Exploration since 2005.

| | | Rick Zuran, B.Sc. Position: Project Consultant - Selwyn Recce Project
Rick graduated in 1988 with a B.Sc. in Geological Sciences at UBC. He has 23 years of experience as a geologist specializing in regional gold exploration and is presently living in the Yukon Territory. His focus is on numerous intrusive hosted and vein gold systems in the northern cordillera and IOCG systems in the Yukon, NWT (Wopmay), Baja Norte Mexico, and northern Chile. Rick has worked at three gold mines including the Mount Skukum Gold Mine in the Yukon, the Erickson Gold Mine in BC and the Golden Bear Mine in BC. He has worked independently and as a project geologist with various firms including Aurum Geological Consultants Inc., Archer Cathro & Associates (1981) Ltd., Minconsult Exploration Services, Total Energold Corporation, North American Metals Corp., Kennecott Canada Inc., Anglo American, Brett Resources Inc., and Kinross Gold. Rick was part of the initial 1994 North American Metals Corp. discovery team at the Carlin-type Ursa gold deposit in the Golden Bear Mine Area which was mined in the late 1990's.
